Take an inside look into SERV after our first three months
What has SERV been up to since we started February 6th?
Check our Alpha demo! I've been humbled by the speed of our execution thanks to our mission-driven team which you can see in the Alpha demo. We are thrilled by the response from Pros so far, and we're excited by the potential for an AI-native solution. As we approach the midpoint of NextView's accelerator program, I thought I'd share an inside look with our friends here.
Product: We've built our alpha product, launching to waitlist businesses in May after some additional QA & visual refinement. We onboarded a dev partner to help accelerate our MVP launch in July. We're working on our AI-focused experience in parallel to these tools because of the results we envision automation delivering within customer service.
GTM: We've built a waitlist of a few dozen businesses who participated in research and are excited to use the product. Excited to find new and creative ways to meet business owners as we prep for launch.
Team: We've recruited an awesome team of 3 co-founders and 8 total makers in eng & gtm. Our co-founders solve the top risks for the company in Product, Engineering and Commercial.
Capital: We found top notch pre-seed sponsors in NextView & Kapital who bet on us with an idea. Fortunate to have runway to find product market fit.
